Our significant experience of working for Marks and Spencer for 25 years has enabled us to create tailored products that enable businesses to make improvements in an increasingly competitive environment. One of our key learnings is that the "Manager makes the difference". There are critical elements of personal managerial influence, not just formal management systems such as strategies, policies, reward systems and the like.
