Red Door Coaching and Training have a strong track record in assisting organisations to improve and grow. Our approach to this is from a retail background where customer focus (both internal and external) is paramount. Our significant experience of working for Marks and Spencer for 25 years has enabled us to create tailored products that enable businesses to make improvements in an increasingly competitive environment. We provide an invaluable insight of how to truly look after your customers.

One of our key learnings is that the "Manager makes the difference". There are critical elements of personal managerial influence, not just formal management systems such as strategies, policies, reward systems and the like. To gain a competitive advantage, for corporations and for careers, the ability to create and transfer drive, determination, energy, excitement and enthusiasm is essential. There is a demonstrable clear path to success if (and only if) skilled managers know how to energise their people.
