We approached Red Door Training as we needed a way to improve working practices between Project Managers. I spoke to Tracy and she understood the situation and had dealt with scenarios like this before. Tracy came into our office and observed our team and had one on ones with the Project Managers. In this time they self diagnosed their problems with working together. Following on from this she conducted a half a day session with both Project Managers discussing ways for the two PM’s to work better together to prevent any further negative impact on their colleagues and the business. Both Project Manager’s found the training sessions very helpful and were able to come out of the sessions with actions for them (and also Management) to implement clear working practises across the team. Now three months on working relationships are better than ever and the atmosphere in the whole office is on a high.
