We have used Red Door on a regular basis to provide our Customer Service training to a range of IT Professionals. Linda was very happy to tailor the courses to our requirements taking into account the culture and background of the organisation. The delegates said that it was a very enjoyable course. The course was really interactive, with a good mix of theory vs activities. One takeaway from the course was to “make yourself approachable, as positivity rubs off on people”.
